1 onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
3 red bell peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
2 banana peppers
salt
1 cup vinegar

Directions:
By hand, dice tomatoes and bell peppers. Mince the banana and jalapeno peppers. Chop the onion. Mix all vegetables together in a large bowl. Add the cup of vinegar and salt to taste. It's best to let it sit in the vinegar for one night.
