½ chicken breast per person
Chow Mein noodles
cooked rice
shredded coconut
crushed pineapple (drained)
slivered almonds
sliced green onions
diced celery
raisins
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pot ½ full of water. Add chicken breasts and salt & garlic salt to taste. Simmer 45 min. after water comes to boil. Remove breasts & cool. Shred meat. Thicken broth with cornstarch & 1 tbsp. curry powder (or to taste). Add meat to thickened broth.

Serve chicken mixture on top of cooked rice & Chow Mein noodles. Guests can choose their toppings from above ingredients.
