3 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Water
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until it forms a hard ball in cold water. Then take off stove
and pour into a pan with 1 tsp. butter spread on it.
As soon as you can handle it, grease hands slightly and pull
until it becomes white and hard. Stretch into long ropes. When
hard, chop into short peices with a knife. It is best to pull with just
your finers. This should be stored for a day to soften.
