4 pork chops
4 oranges (cut into slices)
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp rosemary

2 sprigs fresh rosemary (for decoration)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray frying pan with Pam or cooking spray and place orange slices in pan along with 2 tablespooons rosemary over medium heat. Cook for around 3 minute or until warm.

2. Remove orange slices from pan only -- not juice or rosemary.

3. Place 4 pork chops in frying pan and cook until barely pink on the inside.

4. Add back oranges and add juice and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Serve with orange slices over pork chops and place sprigs of rosemary over chops.
