2 sticks melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375. Hand mix butter, vanilla, eggs, and sugars blended. Dump in all the other ingredients and mix until everything is thoroughly mixed. Drop golfball sized dough balls 2 inches apart and bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool and enjoy. Freebie tip: I cut open a brown grocery bag and put hte cookies on it while they cool to help absorb the excess butter. Store airtight.
