1/4 c. evaporated, fat free milk
3 T. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Combine evaporated milk and mustard in shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into milk mixture, coating both sides, then into bread crumb mixture. Place in pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
