Tenderloin Steak
1/2 cup butter melted
4-6 tablespoons balsamic vnegar
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Please add ingredients in order for best results. Salt and pepper your steaks heavy on both sides
add vinegar
pour melted butter over steaks, the butter will cool over the chilled steaks, if not put in fridge for a few mintues. Then pour over the oilve oil. Chill for several hours.
Steaks will be coated, before cooking take out and bring to room temp (about 1 hour)
Cook over a hot grill.

make sure your grill is HOT, only turn your steaks once
5-6 minutes for Med Rare
7-8 minutes for Medium
