1 cup sugar
a cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup salad oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients - add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients - mix until well blended. Chill batter a few hours. Roll in 1-inch balls - flatten with glass dipped in sugar - once on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 12-12 minutes. Bake on a skinny pan to prevent browning.
