1 medium onion, chopped
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sugar substitute, optional
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2-14 oz cans no salt added chopped tomatoes in juice
1 lb shrimp, cleaned

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in water or salt-free broth of your choice for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, garlic, red pepper, tomatoes, sugar substitute, and pepper. Reduce heat, simmer 20-30 minutes, till sauce thickens. Stir in shrimp, cook until done, about 5 minutes.
