4.5lbs of pork loin cut into thin strips
2 medium onions - diced
2 bunches of green onions - diced
1 bag of carrots - shredded
1 ginger root - diced
4 garlic cloves - diced
8 oz. soy sauce
1 cup of seasame seeds
1 ½ cup of sesame oil
3 ½ cup of bean pepper paste (Korean Market)
1-2 tbsp of sugar
Crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the top. Mix well so that sauce & paste are equally distributed.(Should be slighly thick - not runny) Taste the mix for hotness, add more flakes/paste to increase the spice! Put in a pot on medium heat, cover and let cook for 30-40 minutes depending on your stove. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. When the pork turns a light color it is done.
