1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 cup Ritz Cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup canned milk
1 teaspoon season salt
1/3 cup flour
3 tablespoons shortening
Sweet & Sour sauce:
1 can (13 1/2 ounces) pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 chopped Pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Roll in flour - brown in shortening. Prepare sweet-sour sauce. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Drain pineapple. Measure liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Blend liquid and cornstarch until smooth. Cook until thickened and clear. Add pineapple, green pepper and Pimento. Simmer 15 minutes.
Put meatballs in sauce - serve in chafing dish or over rice for dinner.
