1 small head red cabbage
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 package Rumen oriental noodles w/ chicken flavor packet
Dressing:
2 tablespoons sugar, 1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon accent (msg)
1 envelope chicken flavoring from noodle package
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons white vinegar

Toast sesame seeds and almonds in oven. Set aside. Grate cabbage and crisp in ice water several hours. Drain well - toss cabbage with remaining ingredients - including dressing and crumbled noodles.
