3 Sticks of butter
3 cups of sugar
7 eggs if small if jumbo use 5
3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of lemon extract
1 cup of 7-up
Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter and sugar add eggs one at a time beating after each one. Shift flour over cream mixture add lemon extract and 7 up and beat on medium to high speed about 3 minutes


Pour batter into bunt cake ban greased and floured and bake for 1hr 25mins on 325 degrees.



Icing:

1 cup of powder sugar
Juice of half of a lemon
1 tablespoon of butter

Stir well after cake is cool pour icing over cake
