1 pound beef top sirloin steak
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. slice beef across grain into 1/4 inch thin strips. Thread beef strips onto 12 wooden skewers and place in large glass baking dish. (soak skewers in cold water 20 minutes before using to prevent them from burning.)

2. Heat broiler or prepare grill. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and groundred pepper; pour over skewers and marinate 1 minutes, turning once.

3. Drain marinate into small saucepan, stir in honey and brush mixture over beef. Bring remaining mixture to a boil; boil 2 minutes.

4. Broil or grill skewered beef 3 to 4 minutes. Serve remaining honey glaze as a dipping sauce.
