Italian Cream Cake Recipe

1 white or yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup of water
1 cup coconut


8 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup pecans chopped

Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed. Bake in 3 layers at 350* for 30
Icing: Mix together and ice layers

Then mix together

2 tablespoon melted margarine
2 cups of browned coconut
1/2 cups chopped pecans

Sprinkle on top of icing
