2 each - Fuji, Rome, Criterion, Granny Smith
2 Tbsp. flour
1-2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp each: vanilla, lemon juice
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Peel apples and slice thick. Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon, toss apples until evenly coated. Stir in remaining ingredients and put in pie shell, cover with top crust. (Aunt Jeanette adds 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans to her crust) Brush pie with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
