5 lb, chicken thighs, boneless
1 package nori

Sauce
2 eggs
5 tbsp shoyu
1 tsp salt
1/2 c green onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1/4 c mochiko flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken thighs into 4 pieces. Mix ingredients for sauce together. Add chicken. Marinate overnight.

Cut nori into 8 pieces. Wrap each piece of chicken with nori and deep fry.
