Pork Ribs Recipe

Baby Back Pork Ribs
apple juice
lg. foil pan
BBQ sauce

1/3C salt
1/3C sugar
1/4C bn. sugar
1T ground garlic, ground onion
2T paprika, chili pwdr, gd. pepper
1 tsp cayenne
1T thyne, cumin
1tsp nutmeg, cinnamon,sage

Take membrane off ribs with knife.
Make rub and rub ribs on both sides.

Grill indirectly over a pan w/apple juice or wine. Cook 1-1 1/4 hrs. with lid closed, bone side down.

Take ribs out. Put 1" of apple juice in a foil pan and place ribs in pan and cover tightly with foil. cook indirectly for 1 more hour.

Take ribs out and brush with BBQ sauce. Grill over coals to cook sauce in.
