Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

¼ cup soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
¼ cup honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
2 t sesame seeds
2 T grated onion
1 t ginger
2 T balsamic vinegar
2-3 lb flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, except the flank steak, for the marinade. Pour over the steak, and marinate for at least 6 hours at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Place the steak on a hot grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side, basting with the marinade. Slice thinly on the diagonal and serve.
