1 round steak
2 T. margarine or butter
1 onion, sliced
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 T. Worsteshire sauce
1 cup evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the round steak into individual portions. Brown in margarine or butter. Put in casserole with a slice of onion on each piece. Mix together the soups, milk, Worsteshire sauce and salt and pepper. Pour over meat.
Cook at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
