1 9" pie crust, unbaked
½ c mayonnaise
1 ½ c (1 lb) salmon (smoked or cooked), flaked
1 ½ c Tillamook cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c milk
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above and pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm. You can prepare several of these at once and freeze them.
