1/2 c. milk
3 T. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
Sherry

Parmesan cheese

There were no amount with most of these ingredients so do it to your own taste and judgment.

Sauté mushrooms in butter. Make a white sauce by shaking 1/2 cup milk and 3 tablespoons of flour in a small jar with a lid; add to 1 1/4 cup milk in a saucepan. Stir until thickened - about 10 minutes. Add a little sherry. Mix crab, mushrooms, and sauce in casserole. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover final 10 minutes to brown.
