1 package of Jiffy Cake Mix (yellow or white)
1 package of vanilla instant pudding
8 ounce cream cheese
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Jiffy Cake according to package.
Bake in a 13x9 cake pan to make a thin layer of cake. Cool
Prepare the pudding according to package, saving a little of the milk to soften and whip the cream cheese.
Blend pudding and cream cheese.
Drain well, the crushed pineapple and add to the pudding and cream cheese. Spread on cooled cake and top with whipped cream or any whipped dessert topping. Decorate with nuts if desired.
