2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1 61/2 oz. can tuna
1/2 C cooked rice
1/2 C sliced olives
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Alternate layers of ingredients on greased casserole. Set casserole in pan of hot water. Cover and bake @ 400º for 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 C mayonnaise with 1/4 C milk slowly and add salt and pepper. Pour over casserole, leave cover off and bake 15 more minutes.

This one of Larry and my favorites. The combination does not sound good but it tastes great. The kids do not like it.
