8 oz. estra sharp cheddar cheese
2 sticks butter/margarine
2 C. +2 T. flour
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Pinch Red Pepper (or shot of Tabasco)
Salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese
Blend cheese into butter/margarine
Grate in nuts
Blend in flour
Add salt and pepper (to taste)
Blend well

Form into balls (~ 3/4" )
Flatten with fork tines (dip in water every 5 balls or so)
Bake on greased shhet at 350º for about 15 minutes, or until
done.
