1 1/2 cooked mashed squash
1 egg
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated hard cheese
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Add oleo, salt, pepper, celery salt and milt to squash. Mix well. Add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into buttered casserole dish and back at 375º for 35-50 minutes.
