2 lb vanilla or chocolate almond bark
1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups rice chex cereal
2 cups dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Using a double boiler, melt the bark and peanut butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally. In a large bowl, combine nuts and cereal. Pour melted bark and peanut butter over cereal/nut mixture. Stir in mini-marshmallows. Stir all together. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to cool. Store in airtight container (if they last long enough to store).

These are so addictive and wonderful. I prefer the vanilla bark to the chocolate. The chocolate masks the peanut butter too much. Try your own combination! I tried it once with grape nuts cereal instead of peanuts - don't try it.
