4 C diced apples (7 or 8)
2 eggs
2 C sugar
1/2 C oil
1 C chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 C flour
Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in a bowl, break eggs over apples and stir. Add sugar, oil, and nuts. Add rest of ingredients and mix well (batter will be stiff). Bake in 9x13 pan @ 350º for 45 minutes. Top w/ cream cheese frosting.
