1 package Jiffy cake mix
1 6 ounce instant vanilla pudding
1 8 ounce Philadelphia cream cheese
3 cups milk
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 9-12 ounce carton Cool Whip
1 4 ounce Baker's southern style cocoanut

Directions:

Heat over to 325º - grease Pyrex pan 13 X 9 X 2 inch. Prepare cake as directed - cool about 20 minutes. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into deep mixing bowl - add pudding. Mix at low speed - about 1 minute. Cut cream cheese into small pieces - add to pudding mixture - mix until smooth - add slowly 1 1/2 cup milk. When cake is cool, spread this on top. Sprinkle drained pineapple on top of pudding. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle Cocoanut on top.
