1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch bits
1/2 cup peanut butter
5 cups corn flakes

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat - add peanut butter and corn flakes. Spread mixture in 9 X 9 X 2 inch dish. Chill at room temperature for 10 minutes, cut in 1 X 2 inch squares.
