Strawberry Almond Tart Recipe

36 graham crackers
2 T. sugar
2 T. melted butter
4 tsp. water
cooking spray
2/3 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
6 c. strawberries
2/3 c. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. slivered almond

For Crust, process ingredients and press into a greased spring form pan and bake 10 min, on 350 then cool.
For Filling, blend the ingredients smooth and spread over the cooled crust.
For Topping, put 2 c. strawberries in a processor and puree. Place puree in a sauce pan with sugar and cornstarch and boil then reduce to simmer. Cool and pour over the tart.
Toss 4 c. strawberries with lemon juice and arrange over the tart and line the edges with the almonds. Chill 3 hours.
