9 or 10" spring form pan
Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 T. water
Cake:
4 8 oz cream cheese blocks softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 T. vanilla
4 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter with water and make crust. Line a greased spring form pan. With an electric mixer on low, mix cream cheese, sugar, milk and eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla and flour. Fill the pan and bake 1 hour on 350º. Do not open the door. Turn off oven after 1 hour. open door but don't touch the cake for another hour. Then refrigerate over night.
