1/3 c. sesame seeds
2 c. bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c, melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sesame seeds and bread crumbs together. Cut each chicken breast in about 5 to 7 pieces. Dust chicken pieces with flour, than dip into egg, then sesame and bread crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer on greased baking sheet. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Can be frozen. Simply thaw and reheat for 5 min.
