1 lb. Velveta cheese
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small pkg. bleu cheese
12 oz. cream cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese soften, add onion, horseradish, and sauce. Mix well. Shape into 2 or 3 balls. Chill. Roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers. This freezes nicely.
