4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
4 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 jar strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, mayonnaise, pecans, bacon, green onion, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Spoon into spring form pan. Melt strawberry preserves in microwave. Pour over cheese mixture. Chill for 4 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan. Serve with crackers.
