Cake:

3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 T. lemon flavoring
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. sour cream

Glaze:

2 c. powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons

Cake:

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add 1 yolk at a time. Add flavoring and sour cream. Sift and beat together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Fold in beaten egg whites. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350º. Glaze while warm.

Glaze:

Mix sugar and lemon juice thoroughly. Spoon on top of cake.
