4 medium red potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 green onions, minced, tops included
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp, lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes 30 min. or until tender. Rinse in cold water. Cut in 1/2 inch cubes. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, onions, dill, mustard, lemon juice,salt and pepper.
Add potatoes and toss well. Chill overnight.
Garnish with bacon just before serving.
