3 tablespoons flour
1 lb. top round or tenderloin steak, cut 1/2 inch think
1/4 cup butter
2 onions sliced
1/2 lb. or more mushrooms
1/2 tablespoon worchestershire
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound flour well into the beef until steak is about 1/4 inch think. Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Add strips to butter heated in a heavy skillet and brown on all sides, turning frequently. Remove to bowl and cover to keep hot. Add onions and cleaned, sliced mushrooms - cover and cook slowly 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return meat to skillet, stir in worchestershire and sour cream, cover and reheat to boiling. Season with salt and pepper and serve at once with white or wild rice, or with rice noodles.
