2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese
1 box 4 sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Sift dry ingredients. Combine oil and sugar - mix well - add eggs one at a time. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add carrots. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes
