3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup green pepper, diced
2 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup almonds
2 tablespoon pimento
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except cheese and chips. Place in a greased baking dish - 10" by 10". Top with grated cheese and chips. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
