12 ounces lime margarita mix
Juice of 1 lime
4 ½ cups sparkling water
½ cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs for garnish
1 ¼ cups vodka
Ice cubes
8 to 10 lime slices

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine the margarita mix, lime juice and mint leaves and pulse until the mint is chopped, about 5 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a pitcher, add the sparkling water and vodka and stir well.
Fill glasses with ice and pour in the mixture. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice if preferred. Serve immediately.
