Ingredients:
Ingredients:

3 Cooking Apples (I can't think of the type, but it will say on the bag of apples)
1 Jiffy Mix Pie Crust
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Corn Syrup
2 T Butter
1/4 t Ground Cinnamon
1 C Water

Directions:
Directions:

Peel, cut apples into fourths, and remove seeds and core. Mix the pie crust according to directions. Roll out pie crust and place apple piece on crust, cut and bring up edges so you will have 12 pieces of apple covered with crust. Place in a deep casserole dish. Boil sugar, corn syrup, butter, cinnamon and water for 3 minutes. Pour over your apples and bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden and apples are tender. You can also add to each apple raisins and chopped nuts before covering with crust. I always add cinnamon to my apples before covering with crust.
