4 quarts popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 cube butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 large paper bag (ask at grocery store for one!)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in microwave container. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high - stir - put popped corn in bag - pour 1/2 of mixture over corn - fold bag top over and shake. Pour the rest of mixture over corn and shake. Put bag in microwave for 1 1/2 min. Cool down on waxed paper and enjoy!

My daughter, Lindy, used to make this when she was in grade school. Think of her everytime I smell carmel corn. Good memories.
