2 c sliced peaches
1 1/2 c sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix peaches and 3/4 c sugar and set aside. Place butter in 9 X 13 baking dish and place in oven until butter melts. Mix flour, baking powder, milk and salt and pour over melted butter. Do not stir. Pour peach mixture evenly over batter. Bake for 1 hour.

If you have peach syrup, you may drizzle some over the cobbler during last 5 minutes of baking.
