1 15 oz can of pumpkin
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 9X13 baking dish. Beat together eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly mixed. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until center springs back. Serve with whipped topping or cream cheese frosting.
