3 lb. beef bottom round
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary springs
8 oz.tomato sauce
1/2 c. beef broth
2 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a corningware and saute onion and garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, tomato sauce, broth and parsley. Add meat and coat with the liquid. Cover and put in the over 350º for 1/1/2 hours. Serve over spaghetti using the meat juices.

Personal Notes:
This is my mom's signature dish. This dish emits a wonderful rosemary smell in the kitchen and it's the only time I've ever used meat juices over spaghetti. It's very different than tomato sauce but wonderful!
