Marinade
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1 lb. pork tenderloin
cooking spray
red wine

Sauce
1 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 c. dried cherries
1 T cherry or strawberry preserves
1/2 c. cherry juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients in glass dish with pork and marinate for 3 hours. Heat oven to 400º. Heat skillet on med. hi heat and coat with cooking spray. Brown pork 4 min each side. Place in a roasting pan and roast for 12-15 min. Keep warm.
In saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, stirring often. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Serve over pork, put extra sauce in a gravy boat at the table.
