2 T butter
1 c chopped Onion
2 clove garlic
1 1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 t white pepper
3 c chicken or vegetable broth
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic and butter until tender (2-3 min) Stir in curry powder salt and pepper. Add pumpkin.
Transfer to blender and process until smooth. Move back to pan. Add Broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cook 15 min. Stir in milk. Simmer 10 min.
Serve Warm.
