1/4 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c milk
1/3 c shortening or oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 8x8x2 pan
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat on low speed 30 seconds, beat on high speed 3 minutes
Pour into pan and bake 35-40 minutes
