3 c flour
1 1/3 c shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg (beaten)
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp white vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream flour, shortening and salt together. Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Pour all of the liquid into dry mixture all at once. Mix until it holds together. Roll out and bake a single crust at 400º until brown. Makes 4 crusts.
